Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed Music Specialist free school that opened in 2019. We are a values-based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional and well qualified teacher and leader to join us in our mission.
This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is establishing a new school as we enter our third year. Curriculum and resources are co designed and the outstanding behaviour of our students allows you to focus on the craft and science of teaching. We take possession of our new school building in 2021 which has at its heart a 540-seater concert hall, supplemented by an extended music department with recording studio, practice rooms and ICT suites. The school will also have a drama studio and dance studio. Music and the performing arts are central to our ethos - this is a remarkable opportunity to create and lead a faculty of national renown.
