Head of Student Experience
• Reporting to the Assistant Principal – Quality and Higher Education
• Salary Range: £48,864 - £56,655 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and confident leader to join our college as Head of Student Experience, being responsible for leading a comprehensive range of student support services which include: Safeguarding; the Prevent Duty, Pastoral and Wellbeing Support; Student Voice, Counselling; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Careers Information Advice and Guidance (CIAG).
You will support the Assistant Principal for Quality and Higher Education in continuing our journey of success, and will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team, being responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer facing student experience at each stage of their journey.

- Someone with the ability to persuade, influence, listen and foster effective partnerships with others.
- A person with a confident approach to decision-making, who is also prepared to actively participate in new developments.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a regulated environment, preferably the FE sector with HE provision.
- Experience in preparing professional reports to Governors, inspectors and external partners and stakeholders.
- A relevant qualification at Level 5 or above or relevant industry experience, alongside Designated Safeguarding Lead training.
