Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.15pm, Friday: 8.00am to 4.00pm
Term Time plus 1 week (including Inset Days)
Salary Point 29-32: £29,035 -£31,398 pro-rated (£33,948 - £36,711 FTE)
We require a Head of Year – Wellbeing Lead to take a strategic lead in in developing and
evaluating pastoral care and support of Key Stage 5 students. To ensure the attainment of
each student through providing an environment where excellence and professional
standards are modelled in order that high standards and aspirations are maintained and
You will have the ability and enthusiasm to:
Lead the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of Key Stage 5
Monitor progress and implement interventions to ensure all students attain and
achieve to the best of their ability.
Lead the pastoral support for Years 12 and 13 working with Form Tutors and
other internal and external agencies.
