Strathmore School is a unique specialist academy meeting the needs of children with severe learning difficulties aged 4-19 and is part of the Auriga Academy Trust, made up of the three local special schools. Situated across four campuses within Richmond Upon Thames, all co-located with inclusive minded mainstream schools, we moved into purpose built facilities 5 years ago. And we are expanding further to meet the increasing need for specialist places locally.
We need a new Headteacher to lead us into the future!
You will inspire and lead the school community by providing a coherent vision, strategic and creative leadership, and professional management for all parts of Strathmore School, ensuring a high-quality inclusive education for all the pupils on roll.
You will be the public face and main advocate of the school. Connecting and co-operating with our co-located and Trust partner schools.
You need to be confident, committed, considerate, collaborative and inclusive minded with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for our pupils. You will inspire, motivate, support and encourage pupils, families and staff from across our community.
We will give you the support and opportunity to provide successful, strategic and creative leadership to shape and influence the outcomes for an exceptional group of pupils in a happy, growing, school.
