An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Horticulture Apprenticeship team at Capel Manor College.
This position is for Maternity cover.
The ideal candidate will be able to teach the new Horticulture apprenticeships (Operative and Supervisor) and assist apprentices to gather evidence of skills and knowledge on Smart Assessor. You will be expected to design and prepare learning materials, assess students, and ready apprentices for end-point assessment.
The successful candidate will teaches apprenticeship groups including associated preparation and marking, design and prepare learning materials and assess students, checking that the content on their e-portfolio (Smart Assessor) is fit for the purpose of evidencing the required skills and knowledge.
They will maintain and provide records and statistical checks in relation to own teaching, including enrolment checks, attendance records and the like and carry out work place assessments and reviews.
