The College has a long and successful track record of providing high-quality Social Work training and currently offers a full time route on a BA (hons) Social Work programme.
A Lecturing vacancy is available for candidates with a recognised Social Work qualification, The candidate must hold Social Work England registration, substantial relevant work experience and to either have or a willingness to work towards a Masters’ Degree and recognised teaching qualifications (such as PGCE or Cert. Ed). Experience of validation processes for a new degree would also be an advantage.
For the right candidate, in addition to the teaching scale (to be assessed), there is also scope for remission and further remuneration to support the Deputy Curriculum Manager, taking on additional curriculum leadership responsibilities.
