We are looking for a well-qualified lecturer to teach on a range of Beauty Therapy & Make-Up courses team.
We are looking for someone who has teaching experience as well as a wealth of industry knowledge and skills to pass on to our students. You will be based at our Watford campus with a strong team and our excellent facilities.
You will be required to teach on Level 2 modules such as instruction on make-up services, make up application and eyelash, eyebrow treatments, along with beauty therapy modules.
A Beauty therapy qualification at level 3 is required for this post. Experience in the make-up industry or a qualification in Media Make-up is desirable.
A teaching qualification is desirable, although full training to obtain teacher training qualifications will be supported if you are not yet qualified. Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications would be an advantage.
You will be required to teach the evening part-time adult cosmetic course, as well as the full time courses. Teaching hours are to be confirmed.
You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching.
This position will be for a fixed term period ideally starting in late August 2019 until July 2020.
