We are looking to recruit an Hourly Paid Counselling Lecturer who can use their knowledge to build on the achievements of our counselling students and join our professional team.
Our counselling students have had outstanding success and progression rates over the recent years and we want to continue build on this. This post requires a highly motivated and flexible hourly paid lecturer to become an integral part of our counselling teaching team based at our Dacorum Campus in Hemel Hempstead.
You will initially teach on our Level 2 CPCAB programmes and be committed to assisting our adult learners achieve their true potential and exceeding their expectations.
This role requires an individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
The successful applicant should be an experienced qualified practitioner with a minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Counselling or equivalent. You will need to be accredited with or on the Register of BACP, currently be in clinical supervised practice and have been for at least three years. Previous experience of teaching counselling to adults, ideally with a recognised teaching qualification is desirable. A qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is also desirable.
This post is fixed term until July 2020.
