This role is a generalist HR role with a focus upon recruitment and induction, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual with a 'can do' attitude who will thrive in an environment with constantly changing priorities.
To provide a professional, customer focused HR and recruitment service. Working as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive HR team, providing pragmatic, creative and business focused solutions, supporting the college on the journey to ‘Outstanding’.
