Salary: £ 34,797 - £37,872 per annum
We are seeking to appoint a highly effective HR Business Partner to provide support and guidance to colleagues in all aspects of people management. You will embrace a strong culture of teamwork, and work in partnership with Directors and Managers to develop people plans and ensure HR policies and processes are embedded and understood consistently across the College. You will have the ability to provide advice in all generalist activities including resourcing, absence management, misconduct, performance and TUPE, as well as encouraging a focus on talent development, succession planning and managing change positively.
