Actual salary in the range of £18,225 - £19,370 per annum
HCUC is a merger between Harrow College and Uxbridge College.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic HR Officer to join our busy team, based primarily at our Uxbridge Campus, to cover a period of maternity leave.
You will support the HR Advisors and HR Manager with providing advice and guidance to managers and staff within the College, enabling them to implement HR policies successfully. You will be involved with casework in areas such as absence management, maternity/paternity leave and capability/disciplinary issues, as well as supporting in other areas such as recruitment, training and processing payroll changes. You will also maintain accurate records using the HR information system (itrent), produce reports and undertake relevant administration.
Educated to a good standard, you will possess at least 2 years’ experience within a professional HR environment, and have good working knowledge of IT systems and packages. You will be well-organised and flexible, with a positive approach to your work and excellent communication and customer service skills.
