St Brendan’s Catholic Sixth Form College is situated in Bristol in an exceptional modern campus setting. HR Officer, Permanent, 37 hours a week, Full-time & Whole Year
We are looking for a HR generalist with Chartered MCIPD, or an Associate CIPD (HRM at Level 5 Intermediate Diploma or higher) very close to achieving Chartered status, to join our HR and Payroll team.
Ideally, you will already have at least two years of broad HR experience in an HR, Payroll and Pensions environment and are looking for a role that will extend and develop your skills with HR project and case management opportunities. The role contains a significant element of transactional HR work so you need to be proactive and very well organised. We need you to be able to appreciate the bigger picture while having the all necessary attention to detail that is required to deliver accurate, high quality work on a daily basis. A flexible and creative approach to your work is essential and you must be comfortable with using and updating HR and Payroll systems including e-recruitment.
Salary will be on the Support Staff salary spine for Sixth Form Colleges, Grade F on spine points 30 to 33, currently £24,162 to £26,593 per annum. (2019 Pay Award pending)
