Human Resources Manager – Maternity Cover
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to cover a period of maternity leave of up to 12 months, with effect from the start of October 2019.
You will have previous experience of managing, leading or supervising a team, together with an understanding of customer service principles. With proven experience of liaising with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels within an organisation, you will join the College at an exciting time as we roll out a new HR and Payroll system, providing a great opportunity to be involved in developing and communicating improved HR services.
You will possess an up to date knowledge of Human Resources issues and Employment Law and have a strong background in ER casework, together with the ability to use your own initiative and make sound decisions.
The post is based at Langley College with travel between our other sites at Windsor and Egham.
