We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled trainer to join our dedicated Inclusion Curriculum team.
We are passionate about ensuring that young people and adults with complex needs develop the skills and confidence for increasingly independent lives and work and are looking for a trainer who shares this motivation.
You will need to have specialist knowledge and understanding of educational provision for people with learning difficulties / disabilities and will be fully committed to inclusive practice. You will have the skills and experience to deliver personalised learning programmes including embedded English and maths, social skills and personal development. Skills and experience in the effective implementation of RARPA are essential.
You will hold a relevant Level 3 qualification and a specialist qualification at a minimum of Level 2 (or equivalent) and be committed to continuing your professional development as an inclusive practitioner. It is also essential that you hold a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and maths.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Wednesday 22nd July.
