Inclusive Education Facilitator
This is a permanent contract which is subject to the satisfactory completion of a 12 month probationary period

To start as soon as possible, the working hours are 25.5 hours per week (8.00am to 5.00pm) across three days for 38 weeks (term time) plus 30 additional hours of professional development
999 hours per annum (60% of FTE)
Salary: AFAT SSL point 12 – actual salary £22, 088 (60% of FTE £36, 474)
Ash Field is an all-age specialist Academy for children from 4-19, whose main presenting need is physical (including complex medical needs) but usually associated with additional needs. The school has an excellent national reputation following consistent outstanding school and residential Ofsted reports.
You will need a positive, child-centred approach which allows you to ensure our children benefit from an amazing, inclusive education in as safe a way as possible. You will not only recognise the risks involved in a wide range of situations, but also fully appreciate the benefits for the child concerned in relation to an activity so that the school can provide the very best opportunities for our children.
Applicants must have English and Maths at GCSE grade C or above or equivalent as well as experience of working with children or vulnerable adults with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities.
