We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Instructor on a temporary fulltime contract, who is able to provide training and assessment on a variety of topics and working environments within Supported Learning. The successful person will have direct experience of teaching, instructing or supporting learners with Learning Difficulties. Ideally, you will also have experience in a special school or SEND college experience.
You will have proven experience of working with young people with SEND needs, alongside experience of delivering training and assessment at entry level. The successful candidate will need to have a positive outlook and a can-do approach.
You must hold good IT skills and be able to prepare and maintain resources in different learning environments, including off site trips.
An ability or willingness to learn how to drive the college mini bus is also desirable.
