The Apprenticeships, Partnerships and Innovation department at Newham College of Further Education is dedicated to helping local people and businesses prosper.
For 2019/2023, we are working in partnership with a range of organisations to deliver £3m p.a. employment and enterprise-funded projects such as ERDF, ESF, GLA and ESFA funded initiatives including the ESF/AEB funded Local London Skills Escalator programme focusing on the training needs of unemployed adults looking to find employment in the health and social care sector
We are seeking an Internal Quality Assurance Manager to support us in this delivery and be responsible for the implementation of Newham College’s Internal Quality Assurance Framework to ensure consistency and compliance to internal and external policy, procedure, guidelines and requirements.
The successful candidate will monitor the quality and efficiency of assessment practice, progress towards milestones and assessment decisions through adherence to a robust sampling plan of portfolio sampling, observations of assessment practice and risk assessment to safeguard the assessment centre status and maximise learner achievement potential.
