About You
With our continued growth at LMP Group we are looking for a highly motivated IT Tutor to join our apprenticeship delivery team.
You will run and deliver the IT Solutions and Information & Communications Technician apprenticeship programmes. Working with, and mentoring our fantastic learners to improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours in their profession.
About The Role
This role is perfect for a passionate IT tutor interested in making a difference.
You will cover a range of topics ranging from computer hardware, software, digital, networking, support routes and numerous other areas of IT.
You will be working with learners of all ages and skill levels, from beginners who are just learning the basics of computing, to advanced students looking to deepen their knowledge and expertise. This could include one-on-one, providing personalised support and working with groups of students, leading workshops on a variety of IT related topics.
You will be responsible for assessing learner performance, regular progress reviews with the learner and employer, maintaining the curriculum, and ensuring high levels of administration compliance.

What you will need
• A1/ TAQA or equivalent qualification
• Managing the entire learner journey within the specified courses
• E-portfolio system knowledge and usage
• Understanding in the application of the apprenticeship standards
• Proven experience in effective teaching and learning

💰 Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
✈Annual leave - 25 days including bank holidays, with 3 days ‘free’ days given back during December
