The Leicestershire College is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious IT Helpdesk Administrator to join its busy IT Services team. The successful candidate will have experience in working with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Permissions and day to general IT issues and queries.. There may also be the opportunity to have involvement in the more generalist remit of the team by supporting with casework and projects.
This is a great opportunity to take a step up in their IT career and develop their skills, knowledge and experience as part of a small, but very supportive team. You should have experience of working in a generalist IT Support 1st line role. To be considered for this position you will already have Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
