We are looking for an IT Technician to join our IT Support Team. You will provide 1st/ 2nd line ICT Support service to academic, administrative and support staff as well as students of the College.
You are required to hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in IT Support or related subject. You will need a first class current working knowledge of all areas of Microsoft Office.
A basic understanding of network infrastructure is essential while previous experience in a customer facing IT Support Role is desirable. English, and Maths are also required at Level 2.
