We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support students, aged 11 to 18 years, with a range of additional needs. The role will primarily be 1-1 support but can include whole class supervision during short-term absences of teachers. Duties will also include administration and exam invigilation.
• Start Date: 1 September 2019
• Salary range £18,319 - £19,562 (pro rata) (actual annual salary of £11,110 – £11,860)
• Contract: 27.5 hours per week on a 1 year temporary contract
• Live On Site Until: Friday 5th July 2019

The successful applicant will have good IT and organisational skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Applicants should have experience of working with young people in an educational or similar situation. NVQ level 2 or equivalent is required.
