From 1 November 2019, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at The King Alfred School – an Academy. The role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities. Essential personal qualities for this post are:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A good general education to include GCSE English and Maths A*-C or equivalent
• Experience of working with, or relating to young people and to have a commitment to their welfare, education and development
• The ability to show initiative, flexibility, reliability and a good sense of humour.
