Contract: Permanent, Part Time & Full Time/ 38 weeks per year
Homefield college are seeking to recruit Learning Support Assistants who are confident individuals and will be responsible for supporting students with challenging behaviour in their overall teaching, learning and assessment to enable them to reach maximum potential. We have both full and part time and weekday and weekend opportunities available.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour and will possess Level 2 English and Maths. They will need to be confident, well organised and self-motivated, along with being flexible to meet the needs of the organisation. Evidence of Level 2 STLS is desirable, however essential to work towards to obtain if not held.
