We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and organised Learning Support Assistant. You will make a significant contribution to our outstanding Learning Support programme area.
Working closely with the teaching staff, you will provide in-class support on a range of courses from entry level 1 to level 3. You will also be required to provide high quality support for GCSE and Functional Skills English and Maths. The role is varied and will offer a rewarding opportunity to help our students achieve their full academic potential.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a supportive and patient manner. You should also have an understanding of inclusive education and working with young people who have disabilities and learning difficulties.
