Learning Support Assistant
Pay Scale: ME4/ME5 - depending on experience; actual salary £18,423 - £19,091 (FTE £20,835 - £21,591) - 35 hours per week/39 weeks per year

The role of Learning Support Assistant is an opportunity for a person with good empathy, interpersonal skills and organisation to further develop their CV with training an experience and be a part of a cohesive and enthusiastic team dedicated to making a difference to young people’s lives.
This vacancy would suit a candidate who is articulate and able to communicate effectively with adults and young people, who relishes a challenge and who gains job satisfaction though resolving barriers to learning and developing student’s capabilities both socially and academically.
