Job Title: LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT / PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (LSA/PCA)
Grade: Scale 3: SCP 5-6;
Salary: £19,312 - £19,698 pa
Hours: 20 hours per week (term time only)
Pro Rata: £8,737 - £8,912 for 20 hours per week, term time.
Reports to: Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO)
Responsible for: No responsibility
Contract: Temporary for 9 months / 1 year in the first instance, possibly leading to a permanent position.
Purpose of the Job
To support individual student/s to develop effective study and organisational skills and to instil, practise and encourage good standards of behaviour. Please refer to the Job Description for full details of this role.
