Learning Support Assistant (Term Time Only)
College location: John Ruskin College (Croydon)
Salary: £17,705 (please note this salary has already been pro-rated accordingly and is inclusive of annual leave entitlement)
Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week across 38 weeks each academic year (Please note if joining mid academic year, this will affect the salary)
We are looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants to provide support to students across a broad spectrum of curriculum subject areas, including; ESOL, KS4, Media, Business, Foundation Learning, and Supported Learning, Hair and Beauty and Caring Services. Learning Support Assistants help the College to provide a quality learning environment with the ultimate aim of raising levels of attainment.
The role will involve working with students with a variety of support needs, including those with emotional and behavioral needs, learning difficulties and those who have disengaged from mainstream education.
