Lecturer - Construction Management – Higher Education - Full Time
Salary: £24,271.00 - £30,263.00 per annum FT (job share considered)

With exceptional facilities, students are able to utilise our extensive range of resources, which include surveying equipment, computer-aided design software and a variety of online resources to support practical and theory work, along with a provision of support on technical drawing and draughting skills.
The successful candidate will need to be educated to BSc (Hons) level or equivalent in a Construction Management or Civil Engineering related subject, be prepared to work towards an MSc or PhD in this or a related subject and will have achieved or working towards a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent, (e.g. HEA). Further requirements of this post will be to hold a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, and have a commitment to, and evidence of, CPD.
Duties will include teaching Higher Education students and other client groups to quality standards set by the College, along with the development of Construction Management courses.
