We are currently seeking a Lecturer in Engineering to join our team at Salisbury, on a full-time basis contract. Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring students reach their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added.
Start Date: January 2020
The successful candidate will hold a relevant engineering qualification and / or have substantial experience in the engineering industry. You will also hold a teaching qualification or If you’re be willing to working towards a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent through our staff development programme. With an engaging approach you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their full potential.
