This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven Lecturer in Hairdressing/Barbering to join our state-of-the-art hair and beauty department to provide learners with an outstanding experience to ensure they reach their maximum educational and developmental potential.
- Prepare and Teacher Hairdressing/Barbering Courses
- Assisting in all commercial aspects
- Keep accurate records for students’ progress in college and the workplace
Key Person Specification Requirements:
- Level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant discipline.
Advanced Diploma or equivalent discipline.
PGCE or commitment to work towards.
Assessor Award or commitment to work towards
Proven experience of teaching Hairdressing/Barbering.
Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements.
Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment
Experience of working in further Education
Up-to-date occupational experience
