About the role:
You will be responsible for teaching on the Access to HE, HNC/D, BTEC Level 2, 3 Diplomas in Health and Social Care related subjects courses . responsible for planning The applicant will be required to plan, deliver and assess units linked to either Health or Social Care related subjects. There is the possibility of some teaching on the HND in Health Care Practice. Other general curriculum responsibilities will include assessment, tracking student achievement and some administration for the courses.
With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in Health Care education and/or the Health Care industry, you will have a teaching qualification or the commitment to undertake one during the first term of contract. You will have a history of teaching within a vocational (or similar) context to a high standard, with personal/group tutoring experience and of teaching a variety of BTEC units in Health or Social Care at Level 2 and above. You must have the ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies.
