We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Land Based (Land and Wildlife) to join our team. You will be based at our Lackham campus. Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring students reach their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added.
With previous or similar experience within the sector, you will have a Level 3 game qualification, DSC Level 2 or equivalent. You will hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this through our staff development programme. With a passionate and engaging approach, you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
