Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMet) are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified teacher who has experience teaching up to Level 5 in Law. The selection criteria will place emphasis on teaching skills. The post will be based at our Matthew Boulton campus.
The person appointed will be required to teach mainly on Level 1 & 3 BTEC Business courses with Law units, Level 2 Legal Studies, Applied Law, Access to Law and Criminology and HND Legal Studies. The person appointed will be expected to contribute to the development of the directorate’s curriculum.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate drive to bring professionalism and enthusiasm to the range of courses offered. A flexible attitude towards teaching in the department and an appetite for involvement in developmental work is essential. It is essential the appointed candidate demonstrates a genuine commitment to helping young people learn and develop, sharing our ambition to help all of our students reach their full potential.
