The School of Performance, Music and Media is looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer to join the team, teaching across our music courses.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a broad range of skills in music performance and music production to lead our BTEC 4 and 5 music courses.
We are looking for someone who has current knowledge of the music industry, music theory, composition and performance with a good working knowledge of sequencing, electronic music and recording technology.
They will have the creativity and passion to ensure that our students always receive the highest industry standard experience. Previous BTEC teaching experience is necessary, previous HE teaching experience is desirable.
You will be based at our Watford Campus on Hempstead Road, the successful candidate will put Teaching, Learning, Assessment and student progress at the forefront and excel in all areas of work. The candidate will be required to teach across all levels from Level 2 through to Level 5.
You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching.
