Weston College is the regional provider for the Prison Education Framework (PEF) across the South West and South East of England and is now seeking to recruit an outstanding and highly motivated Library & Learning Resource Centre (LLRC) Facilitator at HMP Guys Marsh.
You will be required to provide and promote outstanding Library and Learning Resource Centre services and facilities that are flexible and responsive to the needs of all learners and the wider prison community. You will work collaboratively with curriculum and prison staff as well as partner agencies to develop and promote the Learning Resource Centre and its services to maximise access and usage for learning, leisure, well-being, resettlement and employment progression.
This role will include regular Saturday morning duties.
Ideally you will have experience of working in an education environment and/or a prison environment. Experience of working in Libraries or being a qualified Librarian is desirable but not essential.
