Salary: £ 38,850 - £41,725 per annum
We are looking for an individual to provide and manage an effective, efficient and comprehensive mechanical engineering support service in connection with the upkeep and future development of the Coleg Gwent Estate.
The department has responsibility for all College Estates related services including all Capital Developments, Maintenance, Health, Safety & Environmental Management across its five main Campuses and its satellite premises.
Reporting to the Director, Estates and Facilities, the successful candidate must have a proven track record across the full range of Mechanical Service Installations (Maintenance & Design) associated with the upkeep of a large estate.
A good knowledge of AutoCAD/& Revit, Microsoft Word, Excel and Project is required, together with good experience of working with contractors/consultants, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Welsh language skills are not necessary for this position.
