About the role:
In this varied role you will be taking an active role as part of the MIS team in providing a high quality, responsive management information service, processing learner data amendments and administering timetables and attendance registers. Also creating records, processing amendments, and updating records in bulk, as well as producing scheduling information and assisting in curriculum planning processes.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with computerised administration systems and Microsoft Office products including Excel. The ability to work methodically with large volumes of information to a high level of accuracy is essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
We aim to be forward-thinking and to provide a responsive service to our users. Therefore for all our posts enthusiasm, excellent communications skills and a customer-focused approach are just as important as technical ability and practical experience.

The Management Information Systems Division plays a crucial role in the development of systems to support staff and students across the Group, as well as providing reporting services to facilitate effective decision-making and enable colleagues to evaluate and manage performance.
