Education Supply Pool are currently recruiting for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT’s) to begin work in and around Blaenau Gwent on a supply basis immediately.
Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, for those wanting to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to hone their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement.

The successful candidate:
- Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education
- Have experience of teaching within the UK,
- Be able to set high standards,
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
- Plan innovative and creative lessons,
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
- Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
- Be able to inspire and motivate pupils,
- Be adaptable and reliable,
- Be a flexible and confident individual.
As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:
- A minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £149.57 per day)
- A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies
- A dedicated account manager to support you along the way
- A £125 recommend a friend scheme
- A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs
- No need for completion of time sheets
- Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
