Yeovil College have an excellent opportunity to join our Registry team as an Operational Data Administrator.
The successful candidate should be able to work within a team as well as independently, work efficiently and be organised with a good attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to cope effectively with peaks in workloads to meet deadlines.
As part of the Registry team you will provide an administration service for students and staff which includes various tasks including timetabling (electronically), rooming/meeting requests, registers, updating learners information, change of circumstances, learner destinations and data processing.
Essentially you will be educated to Level 2 in particular Maths and English GCSE A*-C (4 - 9) or equivalent at level 2 or a willingness to work towards these.
