We are seeking to appoint a PA to the Chief Finance Officer. The post-holder will provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Finance Officer will be heavily involved in matters relating to the further development and progression of the Group’s Property Strategy.
It is essential that candidates have high levels of initiative and organisational skills. The substantial contact including face to face, by telephone and in writing, with a wide range of external organisations and individuals, as well as Governors, staff and students, mean that highly developed interpersonal skills and sensitivity are vital to this role. Successful candidates are required to have a high standard of written and oral communication skills, together with competence in using computer-based word processing and spreadsheet applications in order to accurately produce detailed reports, general correspondence, tables and spreadsheets.
The post, though often challenging, will offer an ambitious and able individual opportunities to develop and build upon a range of knowledge and skills.
