The Work Based Learning team are seeking motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individuals to work with our apprentices and employers in the areas of Childcare, Health and Social Care, Automotive and Computing.
The main purpose of the post is to monitor learners progress in specified work areas and to assist in the co-ordination of specified training in the work place and /or college. An integral part of the role is reviewing the progress of their learning against targets set at the start of the programme and ensuring successful and timely completion. The post holder will be responsible for all Welsh Government (WG) paperwork and reviews, adopting the priorities of the WG . The post holder will be required to maintain accurate records and communicate extensively with employers and faculty staff.

Successful candidates will be expected to register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) and apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.
