Newbury College is looking to recruit an outstanding lecturer who is enthusiastic and committed to developing and expanding our digital programmes and the role itself. It requires someone who is a dynamic and innovative with the ability to influence and motivate students and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role.
Initially delivering level 2 and 3 programmes to the 16-18 cohort, but with the ability to develop and deliver over a range of Digital apprenticeships, the new T level qualifications and Higher Level qualifications, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop future curriculum as we move to building partnerships with employers.
The successful candidate will be adaptable and learner focused with a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and high achievement rates. They will have experience of teaching, learning and assessment on computing courses at level 2 and 3 across a range of units.
This is a 0.5 teaching post that equates to a 18.5 hour per week contract over 3 working days. Days and times of work to be confirmed at interview.
