You will have a good understanding of pastoral needs and contribute to the college’s ethos of high expectations. You will support learners in developing their life skills, study skills, organisation and approach to learning.As a pastoral leader you will work alongside curriculum teams to break down barriers and ensure that all learners are able to achieve successful outcomes both academically and socially. You will have the skills to deliver exemplary, high quality tutorials and one to one meetings which ensure the achievement and progress of every learner. You will be qualified to degree level or have equivalent relevant experience.
