Job Title: Assessment Manager, Science (Physics)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £37,600 - £42,125
Are you an experienced physics specialist looking for a new challenge?
The role of Assessment Manager provides an opportunity to make an impact on the international education landscape. You will be managing a range of Science qualifications and assessment materials, which may include Cambridge IGCSE and O Level to Cambridge International A Level and Pre-U. Key to the role will be the management of the question paper production processes, working with subject specialists on test specifications, and the production of sample and live assessment materials. You will be checking, proof-reading and signing off question papers and mark schemes, as well as managing examiners to ensure that assessments are accurately marked and graded.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is self-motivated and confident in their specialist area. You’ll be a graduate, ideally with experience in teaching (possibly in an international context) and will have knowledge of assessment in education. A keen problem solver with meticulous accuracy, you will have a proven ability to manage your workload when under pressure to meet multiple deadlines and will enjoy contributing to the success of Cambridge Assessment International Education.
