Do you want to make a difference within an plumbing apprentices new career? We are looking for candidates to provide outstanding support to our students within their apprenticeship journey, enabling them to maximise their potential.
Qualified or unqualified as an Assessor – we don’t mind. If you hold a relevant Plumbing Installation qualification or have substantial industry experience, we’d love to hear from you. We need candidates who can engage and motivate students within their apprenticeship and who can build raports with employers and curriculum teams across the College. In return we can support you in your professional development and guide you through your journey into teaching/assessing with our “Transition to Teaching” support package.
As part of your role you will provide an outstanding student experience through work based teaching, learning and assessment, enabling students to maximise their potential. You will also be expected to motivate learners to produce evidence required and achieve qualifications in a timely fashion by the agreed end date, ensure that learning environments are safe and that learner start, review and completion paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
The College is home to 13,000 students across four main campuses in Trowbridge, Chippenham, Lackham and Salisbury. We offer a diverse range of apprenticeships as well as a full suite of full-time vocational and higher education courses.
