We are seeking to recruit a Programme Manager to assist the Head of School for Construction in ensuring the effective operational delivery of the current curriculum and the strategic development of future provision within Construction and Apprenticeship's.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an appropriate teaching qualification as well as a track record of managing highly successful delivery of construction programs and apprenticeships in an FE setting. You will be experienced in the management of construction provision across a range of levels and understand the specific demands and requirements of successful delivery within this area
This is a priority area of growth and development for the school and college, so we are looking for a dynamic individual with the ability to work on their own initiative and be flexible, responsive to change and a positive and solution focused approach to the provision.
