Hours: Full time (37 hours/week)
We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Programme Manager to help lead our Construction department.
In this exciting role you will have responsibility for the effective management and co-ordination of the courses/learning programmes within Construction.
Working closely with the Head of Department you will manage and organise the efficient day to day running of the department, ensuring that the student experience is maintained for all learners. You will also manage department budgets, timetable courses/staff, carry out staff observations, and personally still deliver an agreed amount of teaching hours.
The successful candidate must have:
A full teaching qualification
- Previous management, co-ordination or course leader experience
- Extensive teaching experience within Construction (preferably delivering Built Environment/ Level 4 Construction)
- A level 5 (minimum Level 4) qualification in a relevant subject specialism
