ABOUT THE ROLE
The Department of ESOL is looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to deliver high quality teaching and learning on our range of ESOL provision. You will be required to teach across the full range of levels, and will have a track record of inspiring adults and 16 – 19 year old learners using exciting and relevant teaching and learning approaches.
You will be able to demonstrate very good understanding of the needs of such a diverse cohort of language and educational backgrounds as well as a clear understanding of target setting and recognising and recording learner progress.
In addition to excellent subject knowledge and experience of delivering accredited provision, you will possess a recognised subject specialist teaching qualification. You should be able to demonstrate a “will do” attitude to teaching and a total commitment to learners as individuals.
