So, if you are seeking to develop your career within an ambitious and vibrant College, we are currently seeking a Psychology Lecturer to teach designated classes or individual students on a 12-month fixed term contract commencing after February half term.
Working with our learners you will develop materials/activities for science related courses that allows student to enhance and apply knowledge and develop understanding, whilst having a flexible approach to the changing demands of science and the curriculum.
You will ideally hold a degree in psychology, or have directly relevant experience, along with a full Level 5 teaching qualification (or be on a teaching programme) and an in-depth knowledge of the subject specialism to teach on level 2, 3 or 4 qualifications. An up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook along with good IT utilisation of presentation skills and proven experience of effective time management and workload prioritisation.
In addition, you will be an effective and supportive team player, have the ability to work within strict timeframes in a pressurised environment whilst maintaining the ability to communicate effectively at all levels using appropriate methods.
