About the role:
Join Capital City College Training part of the Capital City College Group and be part of a team to help deliver our contracts. We have several ESF/GLA contracts supporting NEET, Unemployed short and Long term. This is a key role in within ESF dept. You will be liaising with several other depts. within the wider CCCG group, MIS, Exams including registration and certification as well as being responsible for all Quality and Audits for the ESF programmes. The role will include Quality and audit control for all ESF/GLA subcontracting provision to ensure integrity of the whole provision and line management of the ESF Admin team.
You will have experience in line management of a busy admin office that is centred around ESFA contract delivery. The successful candidate will have attention to detail and be able to co-ordinate external and internal audits to satisfy the integrity of our contracts. You will report directly into the Head of ESF and be able to analysis process and adapt to best support the Dept. You will have an advanced knowledge of Excel and be able to develop and maintain data in the most effective way to enable clear data reporting. It would be to your advantage to have MIS experience within FE or Private Training Provider arena.
